Any item purchased from Bloomy can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, either because of a shipping error or a manufacturing defect, or because you have changed your mind about your purchase. In the event of an error or defect, Bloomy shall bear the cost of processing the return. In the event of an error or defect, the seller shall be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, and Bloomy shall bear the cost of processing the return. On the other hand, if you change your mind about your purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Returns can be made in a physical office.

REQUIREMENTS
In cases of return, we need you to keep the original packaging of the article, and check that it has remained unopened and unaltered. The only case in which we contemplate the return with an internal or external manipulation is that the article presents a factory defect.

WE OFFER BLOOMY THE FOLLOWING ALTERNATIVES:
- We can refund you the amount of the product using the same payment method that was used in the purchase, in cases where the established requirements and deadlines are met. Reshipping costs will only be reimbursed in the case of a faulty item.
- We can exchange it for the same product if there has been a shipping error or product defect, or for another article of the same price, or another of a different price if you pay the difference.
ONLINE RETURNS PROCEDURE
- Returns due to manufacturing defect or shipping error (you receive a different product than the one you ordered): Once you have contacted us and we have checked all the details, a courier service will be sent to collect your order. The courier company will contact you to arrange the best time for collection.
As soon as we have the shipment back and the checks have been carried out, if everything is correct, it will be returned to you. We will send you another unit of the same product (or any other you request, at the same price or paying the difference) or you will be refunded the amount by the same method of payment (credit/debit card or bank transfer). You will receive a confirmation email.
- Returns due to change of opinion: you only have to contact us by email or telephone as indicated above, to inform us of your wish to return the product, and send it to us in a safe and certified package (the package must arrive in perfect condition and not be lost in order to proceed with the return). The product must not have been opened, tampered with or used; it must have all seals, box or special packaging intact. When we check that everything is correct, we will proceed to reimburse you (except for the shipping costs) by the same means by which the payment was made.
- Returns due to non-delivery: if the courier company is unable to deliver the package due to the absence of the recipient, the order will be returned to our facilities. Once we have received it, we will proceed to refund the amount minus the shipping costs.
DEADLINES
The return period for withdrawal of the buyer (for having changed his mind about his purchase) is always 14 calendar days from the time of purchase, both online and in our physical shops. And in the case of error or defect in the product sent, and before a period of two years from delivery, the customer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
