Bloomy ships your order anywhere in the Canary Islands, mainland Spain and Italy.

SHIPPING COMPANIES

Your orders to Bloomy in the Canary Islands will be delivered by MRW, Tipsa or Correos.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

You will receive your purchase at the address you give us or, if you prefer, you can pick up your order at the offices of the courier company assigned for your shipment or at our office in Tenerife: Calle Arcilla 2, local 1, Guargacho, Arona, 38632

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that "delivery" or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which will be accredited by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

DELIVERY TIMES

The maximum delivery time is 72 hours for the Canary Islands and 7 working days for the Peninsula, but due to the current situation caused by the Covid19 the shipments are suffering delays. The delivery time could be extended to 10 days.

The order preparation time is normally 1 working day, but in times of high demand it can take up to 3 working days.

On weekends, the transport company does not make collections or deliveries.

These dates may be subject to change due to special circumstances as well as local or national holidays.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

The transport company will try to deliver the order up to two times. In the event of non-delivery due to absence, the package will be left at our offices for collection for 7 days. If after this time the package has not been collected, it will be returned to our facilities.

DAMAGED OR MANIPULATED PACKAGE

If the package arrives damaged, open or with signs of having been tampered with, it should not be collected and you should ask the courier to clearly indicate on the delivery note the reason for refusing delivery. In addition, a photo should be taken, so that our complaint to the courier company will be much more agile and effective.

If the package is accepted, despite being in poor condition, Bloomy is not responsible for the complaint to the courier company. The customer will be responsible for all the formalities to be carried out with the courier company. We advise you to take a photo of the package at the time of collection, preferably in the hands of the courier to prove that it has not been tampered with by the customer. We also advise the courier to clearly state on the delivery note that the package was damaged.

RATES

Delivery to Santa Cruz de Tenerife - 7€, to other Canary Islands 9€, mainland Spain and Balearic Islands 15€. For orders over 70€ - FREE delivery throughout mainland Spain or Islands.

Delivery to Italy - 15€. For orders over 100€ - FREE delivery.

We are not responsible for any extra payments you may have to make in your local municipality.

The post office or customs office may charge for additional services depending on where you live.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

At the end of the purchase process, you will receive a confirmation email from Bloomy, and when your order is on its way, you will receive its tracking number with a direct link to know at any time the status of the shipment and its location.
