SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The maximum delivery time is 72 hours for the Canary Islands, 5–7 business days for Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and 7–14 business days for the rest of the European countries.

SHIPPING COMPANIES

Orders to the Canary Islands are delivered via MRW or Tipsa. For other destinations, we use Correos Express.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. Alternatively, you can collect it from the courier company’s office or from our physical store in Tenerife: Los Cristianos, Calle Amalia Alayón 6.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. During high demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. No pick-ups or deliveries are made on weekends.

FAILED DELIVERY

The courier will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the courier’s office for 7 days. If not collected, it will be returned to our facilities.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE

If the package arrives damaged or opened, do not accept it. Ask the courier to clearly note the reason on the delivery slip and take a photo. If you accept a damaged package, Bloomy is not responsible for any claims.

RATES

This table is for informational purposes only. Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Depending on your location, additional local taxes (VAT, DUA, AIEM) may apply. Bloomy is not responsible for these costs.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation email after completing your order. When your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.
