TRANSPORT COMPANIES
Your orders to Bloomy in the Canary Islands will be delivered by MRW or Tipsa parcel services. For other destinations - Correos Express.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
You will receive your purchase at the address you give us or, if you prefer, you can pick up your order at the courier company's offices or in our shop in Tenerife: Los Cristianos, calle Amalia Alayon 6, Tenerife
For the purposes of these Conditions, "delivery" or the order shall be deemed to have taken place or to have been "delivered" at the moment when you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
DELIVERY TIMES
The maximum delivery time is 72 hours for the Canary Islands and 10 working days for the rest of Europe.
Order preparation time is normally 1 working day, but in times of high demand it can take up to 3 working days.
On weekends, the transport company does not make collections or deliveries.
These dates may be subject to change due to special circumstances as well as local or national holidays.
FAILURE TO DELIVER
The transport company will try to deliver the order up to two times. If the delivery cannot be made due to absence, the package will be left at our offices for collection for 7 days. If after that time the package has not been collected, it will be returned to our facilities.
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE
If the package arrives damaged, open or with signs of having been tampered with, it should not be collected and you should ask the courier to clearly indicate on the delivery note the reason for refusing delivery. In addition, a photo should be taken, so that our complaint to the courier company will be much more agile and effective.
In the event that the package is accepted, despite being in poor condition, Bloomy is not responsible for the complaint to the courier company. The customer himself is responsible for all the formalities to be carried out with the courier company. We advise you to take a photo of the package at the time of collection, preferably in the hands of the courier to prove that it has not been tampered with by the customer. We also advise the courier to clearly state on the delivery note that the package was damaged.
