In the event of any dispute arising out of the existence and content of these Terms of Service or the relationship between the user and Bloomy, both parties agree to waive the resolution of the dispute in any other jurisdiction and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
